Pakusganay 8 will take place this Saturday at Classroom Bar. For those who have already purchased pre-sale tickets, we’ll see you all there. However, it’s not the only hip-hop event in Davao this weekend. On the night before the battles, FlipTop will hold Mindfields at Basecamp 21 in Matina Aplaya. The entrance fee is only 250 pesos and includes one free FlipTop Beer!
The league introduced Mindfields in 2010 and since then, its goal is to put a spotlight on hip-hop music. It’s where you will witness not only the FlipTop emcees but also other solid acts in the local scene showcase their tracks. The November 15 lineup features performances from Legis Dados (Mac T and G-Spot), Blackleaf, Psykadelik, Emar Industriya, DJ Supreme Fist, and Manuel. There will also be a meet and greet for the fans in attendance.
